SYNNEX K.K. was founded in 1995 as a corporate entity in Japan of SYNNEX Corporation of the United States. In the 16 years following, SYNNEX's American and Japanese founders have worked together, as have our affiliates in the United States, in particular at the Headquarters, and Japan, to achieve growth. Dealing with our customers, some demanding, some accommodating, have made us what we are, and together have created results.

SYNNEX started its business in core PC components such as CPUs, OSs, and HDDs. We have kept abreast of changes in the business environment and used our technological background to diversify our product range. We now supply the newest IT products from all over the world and do expanding business in multiple fields with equipment manufacturers, retailers and, resellers.

IT has become an essential part of the social infrastructure in terms of business, economic life, and communication between people. Through our integration with Unity Corporation, we seek the kind of synergy to take on the challenge of opening up and moving into new markets amidst ongoing changes in the economic environment.
